RN Hospice Team Manager

We are seeking a full-time RN Hospice Team Manager in Camp Hill, PA, to lead and support our hospice clinical team.In this role, you will review patient referrals, develop care plans, oversee staff during home visits, and participate in team case conferences to ensure coordinated, high-quality end-of-life care.
