Our client is a specialized investment firm. They seek an Administrative Assistant to join their Greenwich, CT office. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate high-level support to members of the investment team, including but not limited to calendar management, inbox management, travel coordination, expense report submissions, and meeting preparationSupport internal/external event planning Facilitate the coordination of client due diligence meetings, investment annual meetings, and weekly staff meetingsOversee management company accounting by allocating expensesSafeguard confidential and sensitive information with discretionAct as a liaison between members of the investment team and other internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and propose solutionsExecute special projects, conduct research, and assist with general operational or administrative needs as assignedCollaborate with other administrative professionals to provide back-up support and ensure seamless firm-wide administrative coverageAdminister day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, maintaining office equipment, greeting visitors, and distributing mailRequirementsUndergraduate degree from a leading college or university0-2 years of relevant experienceSelf-starter that will thrive in an entrepreneurial and small team environmentProactive, adaptable, and solution-orientedExceptional attention to detailTech-savvy and highly organizedProficient in calendar managementFlexible scheduleProficient in Microsoft OfficeJobID: 47963
