With a broad portfolio and deep technical expertise, the organization supports customers through innovative products, integrated capabilities, and collaboration across multiple business functions.About the OpportunityThe Program Schedule Analyst supports multiple programs within the Airborne & Sustainment portfolio by providing scheduling, project management, budgeting, and variance analysis support. This role works closely with Program Management teams to develop and maintain program plans, monitor performance, and ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.Responsibilities• Support scheduling activities across multiple programs.• Monitor program performance against established plans and schedules.• Apply earned value management concepts and fundamental scheduling practices.• Assist in developing, maintaining, and coordinating integrated master plans and schedules.• Ensure major projects and activities are properly integrated across functional groups.• Track schedule progress, identify conflicts, and support timely resolution of scheduling issues.• Collaborate with cost analysts to reconcile cost and schedule data.• Provide analysis and recommendations to support program planning and execution.• Contribute to training materials, scheduling processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Utilize Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications to manage and report program information.• Ensure scheduling activities comply with applicable standards, procedures, and company policies.• Communicate schedule information, risks, dependencies, and updates effectively across cross-functional teams.Requirements• University degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.• Experience applying Earned Value Management concepts.• Understanding of project scheduling principles and integrated planning.• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.• Ability to collaborate effectively with program management and cross-functional teams.• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Pay Range and Compensation Package• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.Benefits & Perks• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.• Three weeks of vacation for new employees.• 401(k) plan with employer matching and retirement contributions.• Tuition reimbursement program.• Student Loan Repayment Program.• Life insurance and disability coverage.• Optional pet, home, auto, critical illness, and legal service coverage.• Birth, adoption, and parental leave benefits.• Fertility and family planning support.• Adoption assistance.• Autism benefit.• Employee Assistance Plan with counseling sessions.• Wellness incentives and virtual doctor visits.• Child and elder care services.• Second-opinion medical program.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
