This role is responsible for inspecting parts for quality, verifying specifications, and properly packaging finished products for shipment. This is a team-focused role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy and consistency are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety rules while handling and packing partsInspect parts against blueprints to ensure customer requirements are metRead work orders to verify correct gauges and specifications are being usedCreate and apply labels identifying correct part numbers and packing quantitiesVisually inspect parts for defects, burns, and damagePack finished parts according to company standards and customer requirementsLift and move boxes weighing up to 35 lbs as neededWork with team members to meet production quotas and goalsMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport any safety concerns or quality issues immediatelyFollow all company policies and procedures (duties may change as needed) QualificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify defectsAbility to read work orders and follow instructions accuratelyBasic measurement and inspection skills preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicTeam-oriented with good communication skillsCommitment to safety and quality standards Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 35 lbsAbility to stand for extended periods during shiftRepetitive hand and visual inspection tasks
