Senior Dynamics 365 System AdministratorLocation: Atlanta GA Hybrid Scheduled Please not this role does NOT offer C2C or SponsorshipWe are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 System Administrator to play a key role in a large-scale enterprise ERP transformation initiative within a highly collaborative Microsoft-centric environment. This individual will help drive platform modernization, ERP migrations, integrations, governance, and ongoing optimization efforts across multiple business units and locations.This is a highly visible role with strong long-term growth potential into a Dynamics 365 Architect-level position. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience leading multiple Dynamics 365 implementations and migrations, not just maintaining existing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesERP Transformation & Platform LeadershipSupport and help drive enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 transformation initiatives across multiple business unitsContribute to future-state ERP architecture planning with a focus on scalability, security, operational stability, and standardizationLead and support modernization efforts including legacy migrations, data consolidation, and process alignment initiativesPartner closely with ERP leadership, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to align technology capabilities with business goalsHelp establish technical standards and platform governance processes that support long-term maintainability and growthSolution Design & AdministrationSupport end-to-end administration and solution ownership across Dynamics 365 CE, F&O, and hybrid environmentsAssist in defining best practices around configuration, customization, integrations, extensions, and data structuresParticipate in solution reviews, platform governance discussions, and technical planning sessionsEvaluate Microsoft platform enhancements, release updates, and roadmap changes for operational impactEnsure solutions support scalability, operational resilience, and future business expansionHands-On System AdministrationPerform hands-on administration across Production, UAT, Development, and Sandbox environmentsManage deployments, environment refreshes, backups, disaster recovery, upgrades, patches, and release activitiesMaintain role-based security models, segregation of duties, and compliance-related controlsMonitor system performance, capacity, integrations, and platform health while proactively addressing risks and issuesSupport ERP governance, change management, and operational support activitiesIntegration & Platform EnablementSupport integrations across Dynamics 365, Azure services, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and third-party applicationsWork hands-on with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutionsHelp maintain data integrity, consistency, and availability across ERP and downstream systemsAssist with Azure integration services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Entra IDGovernance, Compliance & Vendor CoordinationSupport governance, ALM, and enterprise change management processesPartner with Security, Risk, and Audit teams to support SOX controls, access reviews, and compliance initiativesAssist with CI/CD processes utilizing Azure DevOps or similar toolingAct as a technical escalation resource for ERP-related incidents, upgrades, and platform issuesCollaborate with system integrators, consultants, and vendors to support project execution and deliveryRequired Qualifications7–10+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments (CE and/or F&O)Strong hands-on experience with multiple Dynamics 365 implementations, ERP migrations, or transformation initiativesMust have very strong experience with D365 implementation- you have completed at least 3 or 4 implementations and migrationsDeep experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the Microsoft Power PlatformStrong experience with:Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BIExperience with Azure integration technologies including: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Entra IDProven experience supporting ERP modernization, consolidation, or migration effortsStrong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance best practicesExperience working in complex enterprise environments supporting multiple business units or locationsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and business teamsPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications (Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform Architect).Experience in multi-entity, multi-location, or acquisition-driven organizations.Familiarity with ITIL, SOX, and enterprise change management frameworks.Experience operating as design authority within large ERP programs.
