Project Manager HVAC/Mechanical ConstructionSalary: $85,000 – $125,000 Benefits Include: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, paid parental leave, holidays, and incentive bonus opportunities.A well-established mechanical construction contractor is seeking a Project Manager II to support HVAC and mechanical construction projects from planning through completion. This role will oversee project schedules, budgets, safety, procurement, documentation, and client coordination to ensure successful project execution.Key Responsibilities:Manage HVAC/mechanical construction projects through all phasesCoordinate RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and change ordersSupport site safety compliance and quality control initiativesDevelop work plans, track schedules, and coordinate labor resourcesOversee procurement, equipment tracking, and vendor coordinationMonitor project costs, billings, labor productivity, and financial reportingBuild and maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and key stakeholdersSupport business development and future project opportunitiesRequirements:Associate’s degree in a technical field required (Bachelor’s preferred)5+ years of experience in construction project management and the building industryStrong understanding of mechanical/HVAC systems and construction documentationExperience with estimating software, CAD, and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, SharePoint)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/labor management systemsPMP, OSHA 30, or LEED credentials are beneficial
