Order Selector/Picker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient selection of products for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications. Use handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and ensure order accuracy. Maintain organization within the warehouse by keeping work areas clean and orderly. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies as needed. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment. Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
