Registered Dental Hygienist

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team at Worcester Dental Arts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about preventive care, values patient education, and thrives in a collaborative, high-quality clinical environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing as appropriate Take and develop dental X-rays Conduct periodontal assessments and document findings Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Assist the dentist with exams and treatment planning Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patientQualifications:Active state Dental Hygienist license in good standing Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient careWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Modern technology and high clinical standards Consistent schedule with work-life balance Opportunities for professional growth and continuing educationWe’re committed to creating an environment where our Hygienists feel supported, respected, and empowered to provide the highest level of care.
