Why This Role Stands Out Ground-floor opportunity within a growing, forward-thinking firm Clear runway for growth and leadership advancement Collaborative, mission-driven culture Strong administrative and operational support Work Structure Onsite for the first 120 days to ensure strong onboarding and integration Hybrid flexibility available after initial ramp-up Responsibilities Manage a variety of immigration matters from start to finish Handle family-based immigration, humanitarian cases, and removal defense (depending on experience) Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation Represent clients in USCIS interviews and immigration court proceedings (if applicable) Provide strategic legal guidance and compassionate client communication Help build and shape the firm’s growing immigration practice Ideal Background Licensed attorney in good standing (Washington Bar preferred; multi-state a plus) Experience practicing immigration law (family, humanitarian, or removal work) Strong organizational and client communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term growth The Opportunity This is an excellent role for an immigration attorney who wants more ownership, visibility, and long-term upside.
