Part-Time/Contract Medical Director or Psychiatrist Medical Director

Job Title: Part-Time/Contract Medical Director (OBOT Program)Location: Huber Heights, OH (Hybrid)Position Type: Part-Time (10-15 hours per week)Overview:We are seeking a hands-on Medical Director to lead and support our Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) program. This is a hybrid, part-time opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality addiction care and driving clinical excellence.Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the OBOT programSupervise Nurse Practitioners and other physiciansCollaborate with providers, administrative staff, and patients to ensure quality care deliveryDeliver guidance, feedback, and training to clinical staffImplement and enforce standards of care and clinical protocolsAddress performance concerns and ensure corrective actions are completedMaintain active involvement in patient care as neededParticipate in occasional out-of-state travelMust be familiar with and comfortable using EHR systems, Word, and Excel.
