You’ll collaborate with talented teammates who are passionate about healthcare innovation and committed to each other’s success.Responsibilities: As part of the Interoperability department, the Interface Analyst serves as a technical support resource responsible for maintaining and supporting interfaces between surgery center clients, their business partners, and the HST platform. Interfaces are critical to client success and require ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination across teams. This role supports interface installations during implementations and post-go-live, follows established project plans, and ensures the stability, accuracy, and reliability of live integrations. Provide day-to-day technical support for live interfaces, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving interface-related issuesInstall, support, and maintain interfaces for surgery center clients and their business partnersManage and prioritize interface-related support requests and incidents in a fast-paced environmentAnalyze interface errors, logs, and data flows to identify root causes and implement resolutionsCoordinate with internal product, development, and support teams to resolve complex or escalated issuesWork directly with client IT teams and HST vendors to gather configuration information and support interface testingSupport interface validation and functional verification during implementations and post-implementation changesAssist with quality assurance testing for interface products in collaboration with product and development teamsDocument interface installation procedures, troubleshooting steps, known issues, and process updatesIdentify recurring issues and opportunities to improve interface support processes and implementation efficiencyQualifications:2–3 years of experience in technical support, information technology, computer systems, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of interface and integration concepts, including HL7, APIs, databases, client-server architecture, querying tools, and communication protocolsExperience troubleshooting application or system-level issues in a production environmentBasic to intermediate SQL experience preferredExperience supporting Mirth or other healthcare data engines is a plusKey Professional Skills and Abilities: Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skills when working with clients, vendors, and internal teamsAbility to manage multiple support requests, prioritize incidents, and meet response-time expectationsStrong documentation skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with a cross-functional teamEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred with three or more years diversified technical support experience in a corporate environment Associates or Technical School degree with five or more years diversified technical support experience in a corporate environment Team Culture + Values:One Team: We win together, support each other, and share credit.
