About the Opportunity:The Senior Analyst, HRIS Data Analytics plays a key role in leading and mentoring a team focused on HR data analysis and reporting. This position is responsible for managing data integration, developing custom reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, and optimizing system configurations to support decision-making across the organization. The role contributes by translating business needs into technical solutions, supporting system upgrades, and enhancing reporting capabilities, which are critical for effective HR operations and analytics.3. Responsibilities:• Lead and mentor data analysts and report developers to promote best practices in data analysis and reporting• Support and review Oracle HCM analytics work to improve accuracy and skills• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables• Oversee data integration from multiple sources into Oracle HCM Cloud• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across FAW, OTBI, and BI Publisher• Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FAW• Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders• Coordinate with departments to align and deliver reporting solutions• Manage or support projects including system upgrades and new report developments• Gather and analyze reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications• Conduct data quality audits and implement cleansing processes• Configure and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules to enhance analytics functions• Align system settings with reporting needs and business processes4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems• Minimum of 7 years progressive HRIS experience with global HR systems supporting compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, learning management, payroll, time and attendance, interfaces, and reporting• Experience implementing or managing HR systems such as Oracle, Workday, or SuccessFactors• Proficiency with Reporting and Fusion Data Intelligence tools (e.g., OTBI, PowerBI, Cognos, Snowflake, OBIEE) and using data for decision support• Expert Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Access, PowerPoint)• Strong technical competence converting complex business problems into technical solutions• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), OTBI, and Power BI• Fluent in English, both spoken and written• Experience working in fast-paced, critical roles with strong decision-making and communication skills• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, learn new technologies, and train others• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and positive attitude5.
