Job Title: AWS Solutions Architect/ Cloud EngineerLocation: Washington, DCType: ContractSecurity Clearance: DOD(Active)ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement AWS solutions focusing on GovCloud environment, including Landing Zone build with AWS Organizations, SCPs, account vending, KMS, and monitoring stackDevelop and maintain DevSecOps pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, OPA/Sentinel, Python, and Bash scriptingCreate and manage Terraform modules, remote state, IAM Identity Center, and AWS networking components (TGW, VPC, VDSS/VDMS)Design KMS CMK, implement AWS security services such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Inspector, and ConfigEnsure compliance with DISA Cloud Computing SRG standards and manage security policies and infrastructure as codeCollaborate with team to optimize AWS environments and ensure security best practices are enforcedRequirements:Minimum 10 years of related experience in cloud architecture and AWS solutionsExperience specifically in AWS GovCloud, with knowledge of Landing Zone and AWS OrganizationsProficiency in Terraform, including module design and remote state managementStrong understanding of AWS networking (VPC, TGW), security services, and IAMHands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and policy-as-code tools like OPA/SentinelFamiliarity with Python, Bash scripting, and DISA Cloud Computing SRGCertifications: AWS SAA minimum (SAP preferred), AWS Security Specialty strongly preferred, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, DoD 8570/8140 IAT II   System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
