As we continue our global expansion, we are seeking passionate professionals to help raise awareness and accelerate growth across key markets.Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Trade Agent plays a vital role in growing trade partner sales for the cruise line by managing Trade sales leads, qualifying opportunities, and following up with travel partners who have participated in webinars, trade shows, FAM trips, and other events, in close collaboration with the Field Sales Directors. This role is instrumental in building strong travel partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the field sales organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Lead ManagementReach out to B2B leads to offer assistance in selling Swan Hellenic. This can take the form of scheduling trainings, webinars, assist with any question they may have with a perspective guest.Determine agency type, potential revenue, and appropriate routing.
