Solution ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves leading requirement discussions, defining architecture, and ensuring successful implementation across enterprise applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop solution architectures aligned with client business and process objectives.Lead requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders.Define architecture and design for enterprise applications or product families.Oversee end-to-end solution implementation and execution.Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and review project estimates.Support pre-sales activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.Required Skills & Experience: EssentialStrong domain expertise in P&C (Property & Casualty) and L&A (Life & Annuities) insurance across North America, India, Asia Pacific, and UK markets.Experience with ICD/ICM.Proficiency in UML-based analysis and design tools (e.g., Rational Rose).Experience with business rules engines and workflow systems.Strong design and development experience using Java (object-oriented programming).Experience in both high-level and low-level design.Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering sessions and analyze business processes.Experience using solution design and review frameworks.Demonstrated experience leading teams in solution architecture and implementation.Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and database systems.DesirableExperience in performance tuning.Exposure to design frameworks.Experience with automation tools.Functional SkillsBasic understanding of accounting, commerce, or finance principles.Additional SkillsExperience managing teams of 10–12 resources.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel onsite for 2–3 months, if required.Experience with estimation methodologies.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
