Neurology NP/PA Opportunity - Outpatient ClinicLocation: Phoenix, AZPosition Type: Full-time, Permanent positionPosition Highlights: Seeking experienced NP or PA with at least 1 year of outpatient Neurology experience Must hold an active Arizona license and have a clean professional record Join a team with 2 mid-levels and 1 Neurologist Flexible schedule: 4 or 5-day workweek Appointment times: 40 minutes (new patients), 20 minutes (follow-ups) Must be able to dictate notes accurately and in a timely manner 3-year contract required (includes $20,000 penalty for early termination)Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $155,000 for candidates with 2+ years of Neurology experience CME allowance: $2,500 $500 monthly toward medical insurance Malpractice insurance provided 20 working days PTO annually 401(k) plan included
