Systems Engineer

Job Title Pay Range: $40/hr - $43/hr Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support daily engineering lab operations and hardware testing Execute verification and validation test plans Assemble, modify, and maintain test fixtures and lab hardware Perform basic PCB rework and soldering as needed Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic lab equipment Troubleshoot hardware and electrical issues alongside engineering teams Collect, analyze, and document test results Maintain inventory and organization of lab equipment and test hardware Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation Update Confluence/Wiki documentation and maintain accurate records Partner closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Automation Engineers Support both existing hardware platforms and new product development efforts Must-Haves Good recent hands-on experience supporting hardware engineering labs Junior-level candidates strongly preferred No college degree required Experience supporting engineers in a lab or manufacturing environment The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
