Remote Bilingual CSR (English/Spanish) for Government

A remote service organization is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support FEMA by assisting callers with emergency inquiries. Candidates must be bilingual (English & Spanish), have at least six months of customer service experience, and be U.S. citizens residing near Houston for equipment pick-up.
