Award-winning brands include Belgard hardscape, Echelon Masonry, MoistureShield composite decking, RDI railing, Catalyst Fence Solutions, Sakrete packaged concrete, Amerimix mortar, Pebble Technology International pool finishes, Lawn & Garden mulches and landscape features, and Techniseal sands and sealant technologies.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up and resolution to client inquiries or issues.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with product questions, ordering, order tracking, complaints and problemsEnter orders into system for billing and deliveryPrepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samplesCoordinate delivery schedules with dispatchRetrieve needed information for credit departmentIssue credits or debits accurately when applicableSet up new customers for sales forceAnswer incoming callsTake sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone, fax, and emailRun credit card and check approvalsCategorize, file, and maintain paperwork for audit purposes and file all customer recordsPrint and distribute e-mailed customer purchase ordersOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededJob RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
