We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused System Administrator to support enterprise IT environments for commercial and federal customers. This role is responsible for administering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and securing Windows-based infrastructure while delivering exceptional technical support and operational excellence. The successful candidate will support enterprise server and workstation environments, Microsoft technologies, cloud services, virtualization platforms, endpoint management solutions, and a variety of enterprise infrastructure tools. This position is ideal for an experienced System Administrator who enjoys solving technical challenges, learning new technologies, and working across diverse customer environments. This is a fully remote position with opportunities to work alongside experienced engineers supporting enterprise IT modernization, cloud initiatives, infrastructure management, and software asset management projects. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a System Administrator, Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role. Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server 2019 or later. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows networking. Experience troubleshooting desktop, server, network, and infrastructure issues. Experience supporting endpoint security solutions, antivirus, endpoint detection, and system hardening. Experience maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure and user environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving customer requirements. Salary Range: The final salary can be influenced by a variety of factors, such as Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, educational background, and certifications.
