Position Overview The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive employee experience. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple HR responsibilities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, benefits, and payroll coordinationSupport recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview schedulingFacilitate onboarding and orientation for new hiresAssist with performance management processes and employee development initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsServe as a resource for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptlyMaintain HR systems and generate reports as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industryStrong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
