If so, we would like to talk with you about aProperty Managerposition.We are the area's largest 3rd party Commercial Real Estate and Property Management Firm focused in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.We are seeking aProperty Manager, based out of our premier downtown Toledo offices.POSITION SUMMARYThe Property Manager is responsible formanaging daily property operations, and handling tenant relations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEssential functions include but are not limited to the following:Manages and supervises the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of assigned properties.Develops and maintains budgets and financial reporting for assigned properties.Designs, schedules, and coordinates general upkeep, major repairs, remodeling, or construction projects,working with the maintenance team or vendors as the project requires.Ensures fees are collected, including monthly assessments, rentals, deposits, insurance, taxes, and other operating expenses.Acts as a liaison between owners, tenants, and vendors.Maintains property records including rental or usage activity, maintenance and operating costs,permits, and property availability.Ensures tenants, visitors, and the community are advised of and adhere to propertyguidelines, rules and regulations.Other duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position may have supervisory responsibilities over Junior Property Managersand/or Site Managersto include hiring,training,supporting and motivating their direct reports while supervising and delegating property management related tasks.QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTSA bachelors degree inbusiness, accounting, real estate, finance, or a related field is preferred.Real estate license and fair housing training.Certified as aACoMthrough IREMis preferred.At leastTen(10)years of property management experience is required.Basic understanding of the materials, methods, and tools used to construct and repair buildings and infrastructure of properties.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Apply today!PI43c0aee9bd7d-31181-40436922RequiredPreferredJob IndustriesOther
