Intermediate Architect

We are currently seeking intermediate level architect candidates who are self-motivated with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in traditional architecture, including the production of documents for substantial custom, private residential projects.The position is full-time, in person at our office near Bryant Park in Manhattan. Candidates must be based in the New York Metropolitan area. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and are committed to the professional and creative development of our team.Job RequirementsProficiency in CAD & Microsoft Office.Competency in sketching and hand drawing, Photoshop and InDesign, or other publishing software, and SketchUp are all preferred but not required.Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.Sound knowledge of construction details; Competency in assembling a set of construction documents with little assistance.Experience or education working within the language of classical or traditional architecture are preferred.Curiosity and a desire to learn.
