This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating with customers and internal teams, facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle, and helping customers confidently adopt CivicPlus solutions within scope, budget, and expected timeframes.What You’ll DoManage and oversee customer implementation projects, coordinating efforts between customers and applicable CivicPlus departmentsComplete project scope documentation, create timelines, and help keep projects moving toward original timeline expectationsLead training sessions virtually and in person to prepare customers for successful maintenance and operation of their solutionOversee setup and configuration of software or systems to align with the client environmentManage small to medium-sized product-specific contractsPerform or coordinate add-ons as needed by productDemonstrate a confident understanding of contracts, statements of work, and related terminology, and communicate them effectivelyParticipate in product improvement and review initiativesMaintain a high-level understanding of how CivicPlus products work togetherSupport a strong customer experience throughout all project phases to drive successful delivery of assigned projectsWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent1 year of applicable experienceProduct-specific certifications may be required upon hireAbility to work at a computer and monitor, sitting or standing, for extended periodsAbility to travel efficiently across a large geographic territory up to 10%. Ability to reason, judge, compare, calculate, evaluate, and critique written materials, numerical data, customer responses, and other work-related informationAbility to manage multiple detailed tasks and responsibilities accurately while meeting deadlines, goals, and objectivesAbility to speak and present to individuals or groups on technical subjects related to the roleWhy CivicPlusOwn the customer journey from implementation through launch and make a measurable impact on client success. Compensation And BenefitsEstimated Salary Grade: $54,100 - 75,700Anticipated Hiring Range: $55,000 - $60,000The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
