Production Technician (IT Support)

Role: Production TechnicianBurbank, CA - OnsiteThe Essentials • 3+ years of experience working in a similar position in a corporate environment. • Service Desk experience, such as Jira Service Desk • College degree preferred • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Windows Server and MacOS • Experience with SCCM and JAMF • SaaS administration experience, including identity management, troubleshooting and vendor engagement. • Experience with automated software and OS deployment; anti-virus deployment and remediation of vulnerabilities. • General understanding of scripting for task automation. • General understanding of TCP/IP LAN & WAN. • Mobile Device Management experience. • Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
