This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA.SummaryWe are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to support our Services team. This role will focus on analyzing marketing and operational performance and expanding automated reporting and dashboard capabilities for Operations Production and Efficiency.Our Ideal Candidate3+ years of experience in Marketing, Operations, or AnalyticsPassion for data-driven insights with a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and TableauProficient in extracting and analyzing large datasets, with experience in ETL, automation, and/or machine learningFamiliar with building dashboards, reporting systems, and operational datasetsSkilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and analyticsAble to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detailCurious, proactive, and able to surface actionable insights and recommendationsJob DescriptionIn this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and reporting needs. You’ll investigate and maintain knowledge of operational and performance datasets, initiate projects to procure additional data, and write and optimize complex SQL/Python queries to extract and analyze large datasets. You will also develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, perform ad-hoc operational analysis, and balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.Education And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experienceBackground in Marketing, Operations, or Analytics disciplinesExperience with ETL processes, automation, or machine learning is a plusAdditional RequirementsThis opportunity is located in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid workThe pay for this W-2 position ranges from $88 per hourThis position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k)Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
