Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**+ Knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, heat pump, and HVAC equipment+ Responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.+ Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment such as vacuuming, cleaning, changing filters, and oiling parts.+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.+ Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems.**Qualifications**+ 5+ years of field experience as Licensed Journeyman in HVAC+ Must have an EPA Certification (608) Universal License+ Commercial experience as a HVAC and Refrigeration Technician+ Knowledge and experience in the proper use and safe operation of hand tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform all work assignments.+ Participates in the ongoing training available to our crews to keep updated on the newest equipment and latest software for HVAC equipment.+ Strong oral and written communication required.+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform duties with minimal supervision in isolated areas.+ Ability to read and understand blueprints.+ Valid Driver's license and able to maintain a good driving record.\#Mesa #LI-Mesa #LI-HVACjobs #LI-Onsite**Equal Opportunity Employer**As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
