Job Summary:
New Patterns ABA VA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team! As a Behavior Technician, you will provide home-based ABA therapy to young children diagnosed with autism, teaching essential communication, social, play, and daily living skills through fun and engaging activities. Our mission is to create meaningful and lasting change in the lives of children and families impacted by autism. Responsibilities:
Provide home-based ABA therapy directly to children and families in their natural environment
Teach essential communication, social, play, and daily living skills through fun and engaging activities
Receive ongoing training to ensure you feel confident and supported in delivering high-quality ABA services
Part-time schedule: 9-15 hours per week, typically afternoons (3-7pm preferred)
Requirements:
Minimum of a High School Diploma (college coursework preferred)
Genuine passion for working with children
Willingness to learn and grow
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with families
