Medicare Specialist

*Overview* We are seeking a Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemarketing, sales, and customer service. Being bilingual, particularly in Spanish, is highly desirable for this role. *Duties* - Conduct telemarketing and sales activities to promote products/services - Provide exceptional customer service to clients - Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base - Engage in outside sales activities to expand the customer network - Analyze data and negotiate effectively with clients - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations *Experience* - Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred - Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus - Ability to analyze data and negotiate effectively - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations would be beneficial Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off Work from home Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Commission pay License/Certification: Insurance Producer License (Preferred) Health Insurance License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Butler, PA 16001 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Butler, PA 16001: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
