As a small, two-physical therapist clinic, we prioritize individualized care, strong patient relationships, and a highly personalized treatment experience. Our clientele ranges from recreationally active adults to endurance athletes and performance-focused individuals navigating both acute injuries and long-standing orthopedic conditions.We operate within a cash-pay model, allowing clinicians the time, flexibility, and autonomy to deliver high-quality care without the constraints of insurance-driven volume. Every visit is one-on-one, giving you the opportunity to think critically, treat the root cause, and build meaningful relationships with the people you work with.We are looking for a motivated physical therapist who values clinical excellence, independent thinking, and an active lifestyle. Clinicians have access to gym equipment, focused shockwave therapy, and front desk support within a collaborative and performance-driven environment.This position will begin with a partial caseload, including existing patients, with strong opportunity for continued growth over time.Current availability includes Monday and Wednesday, with optional Sunday hours and flexibility to adjust scheduling based on the right candidate and caseload growth.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions across an active populationDevelop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans focused on long-term outcomesDeliver high-quality, one-on-one care within a cash-pay modelUtilize manual therapy, exercise prescription, progressive loading principles, and dry needlingIntegrate focused shockwave therapy when appropriateMaintain timely and thorough documentationParticipate in outreach events and community engagement opportunities as desiredHelp build and grow an individual caseload over timeQualificationsRequired:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)Active Colorado PT licenseMinimum 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and/or sports medicineCompletion of dry needling continuing education with active integration into clinical practiceAbility to work independently and confidently manage a caseloadStrong communication skills and ability to build meaningful patient relationshipsPreferred:Experience working with active populations and athletesInterest or experience in outreach, events, and community involvementComfort using social media as a professional and educational toolCompensation & Position DetailsContract (1099) positionCompensation based on a 60% revenue split of collected services - equating to $96-111/hrPartial caseload provided initially, with strong opportunity for continued growthApproximately 2–3 treatment days per week to start, with potential for schedule expansion over timeNo benefits providedAccess to focused shockwave therapy, gym and training equipment, and front desk support
