*This position is for a contract pending award*Required Skills:Must be a U.S. CitizenActive TS/SCI clearance and polygraph requiredBachelor's degree OR at least 4 years of experience relevant to a technical functionAbility to develop well documented, actionable, measurable, testable, traceable requirements supporting Sponsor development activitiesDemonstrated experience in applying critical thinking to analyzing technical projects and programs to identify technical risks that may impact successful delivery of a developed capability.Demonstrated experience in developing Concept of Operations diagrams using industry best practices by meeting with project stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in forecasting technologies and products related to the advancement the Sponsors mission area.Demonstrated experience in providing independent assessment of projects regarding technical risk and suggest potential improvement on technical functionality.Desired Skills:* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing essential program management processes, to include requirements resources, schedules, configuration and risk management processes
