We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Business Development Representative to expand our presence and build lasting partnerships within the community.
Position Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with multifamily housing partners, property management companies, and insurance professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of the disaster restoration industry and the ability to position our services as a trusted solution provider.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with multifamily property managers, asset managers, and ownership groups
Develop referral partnerships with insurance agents, adjusters, and carriers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share
Execute targeted sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness
Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and networking within the assigned territory
Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and association meetings
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the disaster restoration industry
Strong understanding of water, fire, mold, and mitigation services
Established relationships within multifamily housing and/or insurance markets preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
