Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Charles, MO, for a Mortgage Loan Processor. The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for reviewing loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulations, verifying documentation accuracy, and coordinating with underwriters, lenders, and borrowers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with all parties involved, resolving document discrepancies, and supporting the end-to-end processing of mortgage loans to ensure timely approval and closing. Qualifications Proficiency in Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practicesExperience in Loan Processing with a focus on accuracy and timely completionKnowledge of Underwriting standards and guidelinesUnderstanding of Loans, including documentation and compliance requirementsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and customer service skillsProficiency in applicable financial and loan processing softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferredPrior experience in a credit union or financial institution is a plus
