Apply via Dice today!Position Title :: ServiceNow Analyst / BSA Employee Center & Service Catalog Duration :: ContractLocations :: Phoenix AZ Job Description: Role SummaryBusiness Systems Analyst supporting Employee Center and Service Catalog initiatives, focusing on requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and improving employee self-service experience within ServiceNow.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Employee Center and Service CatalogTranslate stakeholder needs into:User storiesFunctional specificationsAcceptance criteriaSupport catalog onboarding:Define request forms, variables, workflows, SLAsDocument current-state and future-state processes for request fulfillmentWork with IT, HR, Facilities, and other teams to standardize service offeringsAssist in workflow automation using Flow Designer / Integration HubSupport UAT:Test case creationExecution supportDefect trackingHelp define and track experience metrics:Self-service adoptionRequest completion timeCSATEnsure alignment with CMDB / CSDM where applicableCreate documentation:Process flowsKnowledge articlesTraining materialsRequired Skills4 7 years as Business Analyst / Systems Analyst2 3 years ServiceNow (Service Catalog / Employee Center preferred)Strong experience in workflow/process documentationExperience with Agile (user stories, backlog support)Stakeholder management skills
