Orace SCM Product Support / QA

Onsite in Lewisville, TXOracle QA with SCM Module - Production SupportQuality Engineering role within Oracle EBS Production Support environment.Focus on validating application stability, business process quality, and release readiness.Strong Oracle EBS Supply Chain module experience required – BOM, WIP, OM, INV, and WHS.Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, regression testing, and defect validation activities.Validate production defects, fixes, enhancements, patches, and release changes before deployment.Work closely with support analysts, developers, business users, and QA stakeholders.Analyze production incidents and identify quality risks across business processes.Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Oracle EBS environments.Maintain test documentation, defect tracking, test traceability, and quality reports.Support release cycles, production readiness validation, and change management activities.Strong understanding of Supply Chain and integrated business process flows.Hands-on experience in test case development, execution, and defect lifecycle management.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.Preferred experience with Oracle EBS Financials modules and Azure DevOps/testing tools.Experience in Production Support, application maintenance, and enterprise support environments preferred.Onsite role in DFW with collaboration across business and technical teams.
