At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners.ResponsibilitiesProvide traveling cath lab nursing care in Iowa, ensuring patient safety and comfort.Monitor patient status during procedures and respond to emergencies.Adhere to regulatory, safety, and infection control standards at all times.Support pre-procedure assessments and prep, including consent and vitals.Assist in cath lab procedures and instrumentation setup under supervision.Document procedures, outcomes, and fluid/blood product usage accurately.Engage in continuous professional development to improve clinical skills and knowledge.Manage small patient load independently while contributing to team targets and metrics.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care and handoffs.Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.Utilize and maintain self-supplied equipment and ensure readiness of the cath lab.Experience/QualificationsRegistered Nurse with current Iowa or multi-state license (RN).Travel nurse with cath lab experience and procedural support skills.Ability to monitor hemodynamics and respond to intra-procedural emergencies.Knowledge of infection control standards and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA).Minimum 2 years cath lab or interventional cardiology nursing background.Proficient in pre/post-procedure assessments, consent, and vital signs documentation.Experience with cath lab instrumentation setup and equipment readiness.Excellent communication for multidisciplinary handoffs and patient safety.Strong documentation habits for procedures, outcomes, and supply usage.Demonstrated adaptability to travel assignments and on-site work in Iowa.What's in it for you?
