Those who work here seldom leave.Position Summary You are the quality control detective, inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to make sure they meet customer requirements and workmanship standards.Job DutiesReview AOI output to assess PCBA qualitySpot recurring manufacturing defects and collaborate with the SMT Operator, Production Coordinator, and Process Engineer to resolve themCatch false calls and help fine-tune AOI programsLog defects in the MES system with precisionRecommend documentation improvements for better quality outcomesContinue developing your inspection and AOI skills through hands-on trainingAssist with x-ray inspection as neededPosition RequirementsAn eye for detail you can spot what others might missSolid visual inspection skillsIntermediate computer skills and comfort working with dataPatience and focus for detailed, repetitive tasksBasic understanding of electronic componentsStrong communication and decision-making skillsWillingness to grow IPC-610 certification required within 3-6 months (training provided)Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required.Preferred: 1+ year in a manufacturing environmentBonus: Experience working with SMT lines or inspection equipmentNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
