About This RoleEnabled Energy is seeking a Construction Manager who has experience in mission critical construction.The Construction Manager is a full-time leadership position for the Delivery organization. The Construction Manager may manage specific projects on his/her own but is also responsible for ensuring that the company’s portfolio of projects is coordinated and delivered with high quality, on time, and under budget. The ideal candidate will have a mastery of communication, organization, and service skills.Travel: Across United States & Canada is required approximately 70% of the time. Brings a service approach to all stakeholder engagement, aiming to align all objectives.Key Responsibilities Project CoordinationManage all phases of construction projects from planning to close-out. Coordinate resources, schedules, safety plans, permits, and documentation. Lead meetings and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Project CommunicationMaintain clear communication with internal teams and clients. Provide daily updates and participate in key meetings to ensure alignment and transparency. Project FinancesSupport budgeting and cost estimation. Track expenses, manage purchase orders, and ensure accurate billing and timely payments for all stakeholders. Subcontractor RelationsIdentify, onboard, and manage subcontractors. Define scopes of work, lead bidding processes, and ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards. ProcurementCoordinate procurement and logistics of materials and equipment. Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective sourcing for each project site. Construction Standards and ProcessChampion company processes and quality standards. Supervise field teams, perform quality control, and implement continuous improvements. Training and Technical OversightEnsure subcontractors understand technical solutions and company expectations. Meet personal training goals and support knowledge sharing. General DutiesUnderstand and apply Enabled Energy’s mission and core solutions. Travel extensively to support projects and collaborate with other managers as needed.QualificationsMinimum 7 years of construction management experience.Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools.Use of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers/cutters, drills, etc.).Use of specialized power tools (saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.).Experience running control wire following best practices for dressing wire, stripping and landing wire ends, choosing and using proper conduit, fittings, grommets, etc.Use of electrical meter to verify conductivity and measure voltage, current, power, power factor, etc.Able to use a computer to configure fans, VFDs, etc;PreferredData Center specific certifications (DCEP, CDCP, etc;)PMP or equivalent certificationHVAC and Mechanical experience a plusBenefits/CompensationEnabled Energy Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, 10 paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). This is a full‑time, exempt position with a base salary of up to $120,000 based on experience.Discretionary performance bonuses are provided for this position. This role is eligible for remote or in-office work, based on candidate preference and business needs.
