Communications Coordinator Department:Channel InnovationReports to:Director of Channel InnovationsLocation:Wendell, NCPosition Status:Full-TimeStatus:Hourly, Non-exemptManagement Level:Non-ManagementJOB SUMMARYKIOTI is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Coordinator to support dealer-facing communications, brand consistency, and marketing operations. This role will serve as a key liaison between the corporate marketing team and our dealer network, ensuring timely, accurate communication, consistent brand representation, and seamless onboarding and offboarding processes from a marketing perspective. This position demands a Marketing professional with attention for detail and excellent multitasking abilities. Marketing Communications Coordinator will be responsible for producing high-quality written materials, coordinating brand compliance requests and ensuring all deliverables meet required brand standards. In addition, this position will be responsible for administering content across multiple Content Management Systems (CMS), as well as assisting in other functions and initiatives within the Marketing Department.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOBDevelop clear, accurate written content for corporate and dealer communicationsEnsure consistent messaging across digital, print and other marketing channels.Administer CMS content updates and assure quality of website information.Update and maintain content across CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and quality.Manage the “AIMBASE” program to respond as quickly as possible to internet customers wanted to buy KIOTI products.Manage B2B content and corporate communications within the designated platform.Oversee brand compliance requests and violations, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.Work with internal teams to resolve any compliance-based problems as they arise.Assist with compiling data by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.Able to produce various reports from Salesforce to monitor response time on dealer claim submission.Assist with additional marketing initiatives and department projects as needed.EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSBS/BA in marketing, communications or related field and 2+ years of experience in related field. Experience in agriculture, equipment, or manufacturing industry a plusStrong proficiency in written and spoken English with the ability to produce clear, accurate and professional communications.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus. Able to create various reports.Basic understanding of Craft or other content management systems preferred.Ability to work effectively in an agile, demanding environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Collaborate effectively across departments, adapting to shifting deadlines and new initiatives as they arise.Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, as well as within a multi-disciplinary team.
