Barista
*Position Summary*
We’re seeking a passionate and reliable Barista to join our team! In this role, you’ll craft high-quality beverages and food items while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced café environment. You’ll support daily operations by preparing drinks and bakery items, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging warmly with customers. Your contribution will help create a welcoming atmosphere and uphold our commitment to excellence—one cup at a time.

* *Must be available to work weekday shifts: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM or 12:00 PM–7:00 PM*

*Responsibilities*
* Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and food items according to standard recipes
* Label and package bagged coffee for retail and wholesale
* Maintain cleanliness of café equipment and facilities
* Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with and understanding customer needs
* Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
* Ensure compliance with all store operating policies and food safety standards
* Adapt to various tasks during shifts, including opening, mid, and closing duties
* Follow written and verbal instructions and seek clarification when needed
* Promote a positive team environment and help resolve customer issues effectively
*Qualifications & Skills*
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Reliable attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
* Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships
* Previous barista or café experience is a plus but not required
