Requirements:Manual hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination20/20 Vision with correction; Ability to discern between colors, no color blindnessBasic math and manual time tracking for efficienciesSelf motivation, good attendance and follow all company policiesRead, understand and follow procedures, instructions, prints and write legibly (English)Experience with soldering and electronics component assembly is highly preferred and may increase starting wageHandle occasional pressure with deadlines maintain focus and retain learned processesThis position is subject to the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and/or the EAR (Export Administration Regulations.
