AV Systems Integration Specialist

We partner with the world's leading hardware and software companies to deliver end-to-end consulting, implementation and managed services across the U.S. With world-class engineering talent and 30+ years of experience cb20 delivers confidence, security, a true sense of control and the highest- quality, end-to-end customer experience in the business.Responsibilities and DutiesExecute assigned configuration tasks within deadlines both in the configuration lab and the fieldRack fabrication of AV systems in the configuration labVerify systems integration wiring connectivity and terminations in the labAnalyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely mannerProvide support in loading, testing, and documenting results of pre-built customized control programs, touch panel files, and DSP buildsConfiguration of major brands of collaborative solutions such as Neat, Logitech, Polycom, CiscoVerify systems installation wiring connectivity and terminations in the fieldComplete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions utilizing Field Commissioning ReportsPerform end-user training on specific software applications and interfaces requiring client interactionConfiguration of manufacturer applications, interfaces, and products based on system/client requirementsAssist in system solutions analysis, design, development, and testing activities as neededDevelop and maintain configuration policies and proceduresReview and recommend changes to existing configuration processesProvide technical guidance to junior specialists in their assigned job dutiesRequired SkillsAt least 5 years of experience in AV Installation, Commissioning and ServiceAVIXA CTS/CTS-I and CQT preferredExperience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx as Conferencing PlatformsGood working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot of Crestron, BIAMP, Extron and QSCExperience with AV industry software platforms. Any direct programming experience is a plusStrong Networking skills. Any specific certifications or training is a plusProven experience in commercial AV installations including projectors, projection screens, video displays, video walls, cabling, rigging, and rack wiringUse of hand tools and aerial lifts including but not limited to; crimp and compression tools, Hilti or Hilti/type charge loaded tools, RJ45 crimpers, Dsub and soldering skills requiredExperience with Audio tuning, equalization and DSP ProgrammingOrganized, proactive and good communication skills
