This role is ideal for someone passionate about clean code and seamless user experiences. As our Junior Full-Stack Web Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our core web applications, ensuring our digital platforms are performant, reliable, and user-friendly.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESWrite, test, and maintain high-quality code for both the front-end interface and back-end server logicDevelop responsive web features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworksAssist in managing database schemas and writing efficient queries to support application functionalityTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects to maintain site stability and performanceCollaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional codeDocument technical processes and code changes to ensure team-wide transparencyPOSITION REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 1 year of experience in the fieldStrong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologiesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for team-based projectsBachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or related field of study or equivalent work experienceProven experience in building functional web projects and/or contributing to open-source or team-based codebases.Strong willingness to learn and growAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environmentMust be able to work on-site in our Gardena laboratory/officePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with modern JavaScript libraries such as React or Vue.jsExperience with cloud platforms like (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar is a plusExperience with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesKnowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Adobe XDTrack record working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)Understanding of Docker-based development environmentsBasic understanding of CI/CD pipelinesAbility to write test code (Jest, Mocha, etc.)Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or regulated environmentsUnderstanding of healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA, etc.)Technical communication skills in EnglishSCHEDULE9:00 AM to 5:30PM from Monday to FridayPERKS & BENEFITSHealth, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance.401(k) retirement savings plan with up to 4% matchingPaid vacation and sick time-offPaid holidaysFlexible spending accountDiscounts offered by ADPOpen Healthcare US offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
