The ideal candidate will represent injured clients with empathy and efficiency, evaluate potential new client cases, and ensure adherence to legal and internal protocols. The position involves negotiating personal injury settlements, performing management functions, and thriving in a high-volume work environment.Duties:Represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency throughout the legal process.Evaluate potential new client case facts to determine viability and strategy.Comply with legal processes and internal protocols while clients are undergoing medical treatment.Negotiate personal injury settlements on behalf of clients and monitor the finalization of settlement disbursements.Perform management and leadership functions, including oversight of junior staff and case management.Maintain a high level of client interaction and communication, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.Requirements:Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting CharacterFitness determination.Previous experience in plaintiff personal injury law preferred.Ability to thrive in a high-volume legal setting with multiple active cases.Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.Demonstrated excellent business judgment and a high level of professionalism.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the Arizona State Bar or pending CharacterFitness review.Skills:Proficient in case management and legal documentation.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Ability to handle a significant caseload efficiently and effectively.Exceptional interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship management.High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.Benefits Offered:401(k) planDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
