JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Loader/ Unloader-Lumper Department: Operations Reports to: Compa-Logistics Supervisor Job Objective: Effectively use loading/unloading procedures to load/unload Outbound and Inbound product while practicing Inventory Control activities as assigned. Job Functions: Load/Unload Outbound and Inbound product while practicing Inventory Control activities as assigned. Follow all steps of work instructions while performing Inbound, Outbound and Inventory Control activities to maintain highest level of quality and inventory accuracy Practice continuous improvement Maintain highest standards of safety and housekeeping Perform any other job task as assigned Job Requirements Possess and display certification to operate industrial truck equipment such as sit-down forklift (clamp truck) if necessary for load/unload. Strong knowledge of all warehouse work instructions (load/unload), safety and housekeeping procedures Maintain strong communications with all levels of management and peers Maintain strong tolerance for working in stressful situations Educational / Training Requirements High School diploma / GED Operational experience with industrial equipment if necessary for load/unload. Previous warehouse experience preferred
