We are seeing an experienced project manager to lead complex projects that advance strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities IncludeCoordinate day-to-day execution to support end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and dependencies.Partner with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, success criteria, and key dependencies, translating inputs into clear project deliverablesDraft, maintain, and govern core project artifacts (e.g., scope, project plans/schedules, resource assumptions, and risk/issue logs) ensuring accuracy and traceabilityProduce senior management-ready communications, including presentations, dashboards, and status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, risk/issues, achievements and required decisions across the book of work.Provide coordination and working-level guidance to project team members to enable effective collaboration, consistent communications, and continuous process improvementDemonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail, effectively prioritize work in a dynamic environment, and quickly learning/adapting to new tools and platforms.QualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredMinimum of 3-5 years of relevant industry experienceHighly organized with strong attention to detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter who is highly motivated, intellectually curious, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently while knowing when to escalateDemonstrated ability to learn new products, processes, and apply judgment to deliver outcomes aligned to business goalsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering across teams and engaging senior stakeholders, able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable updatesHighly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPointStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior managersWhat You Can Expect From Morgan StanleyAt Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals.
