Join Our Spiro·Verse and Experience Brand Gravity.Learn more about who we are here!ResponsibilitiesHelp grow the meeting planning line of business by working with the internal teams to promote and expand the current offerings to support the Exhibit, Corporate Account and Events lines of business covering Housing & Logistics, Ancillary meetings, Event Meeting Planning & Event AccommodationsWork with Pricing to propose competitive price points for the different services under Meeting PlanningDevelop and implement processes, training programs, and standards for the Meeting Planning team to optimize their performance and ensure consistent service delivery.Represent Spiro in RFPs and new business development to drive additional market share for meeting planning servicesWork closely with the Chief Growth Officer & Global SVP of Client Relations to align account management and Meeting Planning strategies with the company's overall objectives.Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the team's performance and client satisfactionRegularly evaluate existing costs, pricing, and standard rates to drive profitability and competitiveness.Review and advise on systems needed to support this businessSupervise team of meeting planners to achieve maximum client satisfactionWork closely with Account Management, Sales and Producers for seamless communication and event execution globally.Collaborate with Leadership on companywide initiatives, invoicing processes, and forecasting for accurate financial planning.RequirementsWe understand the importance of transferrable skills and a diverse perspective, so if you do not fit all these requirements, we still want to hear from you and encourage you to apply! 10+ years of experience in Meeting Planning & Account Management Meeting Planner certification 5+ years of experience in CVent 10+ years of Leadership experience BS in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferredProven experience in leading a large teamApprox 25% travelHow To Measure SuccessBy 30 days, the incumbent should understand team dynamics and perform basic job functions independentlyBy 60 days, the incumbent should be self-reliant on basic job functions and begin executing more complex tasksBy 90 days, the incumbent should have ownership over specific projectsBenefits Remote Environment Full Benefits Package 401K Vesting Immediately Psychological Safety Diversity, Inclusivity and Belonging Culture Employee Led Resource GroupsSpiroYOU Professional Development & Learning ProgramsEmployee EventsOur Process Our interview process is hand crafted to our roles.
