If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and take pride in quality and safety, this is a great opportunity to build long-term skills in a fast-growing, high-tech industry.Examples: automotive manufacturing, production line work, machine operator, machine assistant, assembly, etc.What You'll Be Doing:Operate automated, high-speed lithium-ion battery production equipmentMonitor machines, respond to alarms, and follow troubleshooting/escalation proceduresPerform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenanceConduct visual inspections and monitor product qualityMaintain clean, organized work areas in a clean-room settingUse hand tools and precision measuring instruments accuratelyFollow all safety policies, SOPs, and detailed work instructionsComplete daily production paperwork and end-of-shift reportsAssist Maintenance Technicians during equipment adjustments or repairsReport quality or process issues promptlyCollaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teamsWork Environment:Clean-room manufacturing facilityAutomated, high-speed production linesStrong focus on safety, quality, and teamworkThis is a contract position based out of De Soto, KS.The pay range for this position is $22.80/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
