Exposure to different remote access options in HANA system. Hardware, operating systems (LINUX) and networking connectivity required for the SAP environment. Deep knowledge of SAP HANA in-Memory Platform core technology, including architecture, landscape design, installation, upgrade, performance tuning and system integration. Elaboration of SAP release plan. Experience in system refresh tasks, Client copies (local client copy, client export, client import). Performance optimization and tuning: deep experience with SQL traces to achieve Performance Impact Analysis. Early Watch configuration and analysis. Transport Management. Certification in SAP S/4 HANA and OS/DB Migration will be a plus Additional Skills & Qualifications: Brashaket has a team of 16 people with 8 of them sitting in San Jose with him. He has 4 Basis Admins, 3 HANA-focused Admins, and 1 ABAP Developer that also helps with HANA modeling. They are in the enablement phase of their S/4HANA transformation right now. Next phase will be solutioning and 3rd phase will be implementation. There are 3 different S/4 transformation approaches – Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition (SDT). They are taking the SDT approach. Right now they are working on multiple system migrations/upgrades to get their environments ready to move to S/4. Right now, the plan is to implement S/4HANA v.2023, but that could change as their go-live isn’t until 2025.
