You won't just be "chatting with AI"—you will be extracting deep operational knowledge from industry veterans and codifying it into deterministic, expert-level AI systems that plug directly into the tools businesses already use.What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)Design & Deploy: Configure, test, and launch specialized AI agent workflows tailored to solve complex bottlenecks for our clients.Advanced Prompt Engineering: Build massive, structured system prompts that act as the "brain" for our agents, incorporating industry-specific logic, pricing matrices, and brand voice guardrails.API & CRM Integrations: Wire up bidirectional REST APIs and webhooks to connect our AI layer seamlessly with industry-standard CRMs, scheduling tools, and accounting software.Safety & Guardrails: Design and configure human-in-the-loop approval processes for high-stakes AI actions to ensure total reliability and trust.Optimize: Monitor agent performance and fine-tune latency, context windows, and tool-calling accuracy to ensure a flawless user experience.What We’re Looking ForTechnical Foundation: You are highly comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON. You can read/write basic scripts (Python, Node.js, or similar) and navigate API documentation with ease.LLM Expertise: You understand how LLMs actually work under the hood—you know the difference between a system prompt and a user prompt, how to force JSON outputs, and how to utilize function calling/tool use.Systems Thinking: You excel at mapping messy, human-driven processes into clean, logical decision trees that an AI can reliably execute.ROI-Driven Mindset: You care more about generating actual business value (saving a client 20 hours a week, automating a broken process) than building flashy, impractical tech demos.Why Join Us?
